Mr Luke Meehan
Founder, Managing Director and Accredited Specialist in Family Law
Known for his strategic insight, measured judgement and compassionate approach, Luke gives clients clear, practical advice during some of life's most challenging moments. He combines strong advocacy with a calm and solutions-focused approach, helping clients navigate complex legal and personal matters with confidence.
Luke was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. Early in his career he worked as a Junior Clerk at one of Sydney's leading family law barristers' chambers, gaining valuable exposure to the practice of senior and junior counsel and a strong foundation in advocacy and litigation strategy.
Having dedicated his career exclusively to family law, Luke has extensive experience across divorce, parenting disputes, domestic and international relocation, complex property settlements, spousal maintenance and Binding Financial Agreements, including pre-nuptial agreements. He regularly represents clients in mediation and other dispute resolution processes, with a focus on timely and practical outcomes.
As the leader of Rosewood Law, Luke is committed to thoughtful, responsive and high-quality representation, with clear communication and practical solutions tailored to each client.
